Created in 2008, its prime mission is to showcase the students, parents,  staff, and programs available to this learning community in the heart of the Franklintown Road Sector of Baltimore City which includes the following community organizations:  Franklintown Community Association, Inc., Franklintown Road Neighborhood Improvement Community Association, Lanvale Street Civic Association, and the Mosher Street Improvement Association.

Our students shine everyday through Chess, Math Challenges, as Junior Coaches, in Spelling Bees, and as Carson Scholars.
